Click on the Settings icon in Gmail.
Open your Gmail - https://mail.google.com/ and you'll find the Settings icon at the top right, as shown in the screenshot.
Click on the "See all settings" button.

Scroll down to the Signature section.
Scroll down to the Signature section and click on 'Create New'
