To access the analytics of user feedback, you can click on the emotion icon for each help article. This feature is available in the integration tab of Gyde.

To enable this feature, you need to connect your Zapier webhook/Pabbly Webhook, which will be triggered whenever a user provides feedback through emoticons on any help article.
For Example 

• To connect the Zapier webhook, click on "Let's start," and in the next window, add the webhook URL and click on save. 
• Once enabled, you can track the analytics of user feedback and use them to improve your help articles.
