Here's how you can access support tickets raised by users through the Zapier webhook:

  • First, navigate to the "Integration" tab in your Gyde dashboard.
  • Click on "Let's start" to begin the Zapier integration process.


  • In the next window, you'll receive a Zapier Webhook URL. Copy this URL, as you'll need it later.
  • In Zapier, create a new webhook by selecting the "Webhooks by Zapier" app and choosing the "Catch Hook" option.
  • In the next window, paste the Zapier Webhook URL you copied into the "Custom Webhook URL" field and click "Continue."

You must test the integration by creating a new support ticket through the Gyde widget. Once a new ticket is created, Zapier will receive a notification, and you can see the ticket information in Zapier.
