To import help articles already created in other applications like Freshdesk, Intercom, or Zendesk, you can use the integration tab in Gyde. 

  • Once you click on "Let's start," you will need to enter the necessary information, such as account information, API key, URL, access token, etc. 
  • Once you enter this information, click save, and the help articles will be imported to Gyde.

For example, to import help articles from Zendesk, you will need to enter the required information specific to your Zendesk account.

 



Similarly, you just need to enter the Access Token Key for Intercom, and the help articles will be imported.
