You can enhance your help articles by attaching supporting documents. 

• To do this, simply click on the "Choose File" button located below the description box, select the file you wish to upload from your system, and then click on "Upload". 
• Once uploaded, save the article to add the file to the help article.

Note: Only certain file types are supported, including PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, and CSV.
